Terms of Service

The service
BusinessEZ is operated by Felix Consulting Group LLC in Maryland, USA. We provide the fixed-scope business setup and document services described on the purchase page. You must be at least 18 and authorized to purchase for your business.
Scope and delivery
We confirm the scope using your intake and follow-up communication. Business solutions typically take 1–3 days; documents typically take 24 hours after payment and receipt of the information needed. We will communicate the agreed target date. Customer delays or agreed scope changes may change it. No particular business, revenue or employment outcome is guaranteed.
Prices and payments
All prices are in US dollars. Professional Document requires a $49 starting payment; Quick Fix costs $99 upfront. Business Setup costs $249 ($125 to start and $124 after delivery). Business System costs $499 ($250 to start and $249 after delivery). Additional document work or other scope changes require your agreement on price before work proceeds. There are no subscriptions or automatic recurring charges. Stripe handles checkout; an order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and materials you have permission to use. Do not send illegal material, malicious files, passwords or payment-card information. You are responsible for checking final content and for lawful use of the delivered system or document.
Corrections and additional work
We will correct reasonable issues within the originally agreed scope. New features, changes in direction or additional documents are additional work and require a separate agreement. A correction request does not create unlimited revisions.
Deliverables and third-party tools
You may use the paid-for customized deliverables for your business or personal purpose. Existing tools, templates and third-party software remain subject to their respective ownership and licenses. Any third-party account, fee or ongoing cost needed for your agreed solution will be disclosed for your agreement.
Cancellations and disputes
Our Refund/Cancellation Policy applies to purchases. Contact thefelixconsultinggroup@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve service or billing concerns. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
