Who we are
BusinessEZ is a standalone service website operated by Felix Consulting Group LLC, Maryland, USA. Contact: thefelixconsultinggroup@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect your name, business information, email, phone number, intake answers and documents you choose to upload. We also keep order details, payment references, service status, notes and your acceptance of our policies. Please do not upload passwords, card details, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use it
We use this information to scope and deliver your service, communicate with you, manage payments and refunds, keep business records, and prevent misuse. We do not sell your personal information or use your documents for advertising.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes your payment on its secure hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number or security code. Sites and Cloudflare host the website and store intake and order information and private files. Resend sends transactional confirmations. These providers receive only information needed for their functions and may process it outside your location.
Files and access
Uploaded files are stored privately and are available to the authorized owner for service fulfillment. Download links require owner authentication; they are not public sharing links. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Cookies
We use an essential, temporary cookie to connect your intake, attachments and payment confirmation. Customers do not need an account. The owner area uses sign-in cookies. We do not add advertising trackers.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for fulfillment, support, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Abandoned intake files are eligible for deletion after 48 hours. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us; information needed for legal obligations or unresolved transactions may be retained. Do not send sensitive documents by email when requesting deletion.
Children and updates
These services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We may update this policy, with the effective date shown here.
