Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective September 29, 2026
Before work begins
You may cancel for a full refund before we begin work.
After work begins
Our services involve customized work performed specifically for you. Payments for work already completed are non-refundable. If you cancel before completion, we will refund any amount paid that clearly exceeds the value of work already performed.
Completed work
Once the agreed service or deliverable has been substantially completed and delivered, payments are non-refundable. We will correct reasonable issues that fall within the originally agreed scope. Requests for additional work or changes outside that scope are not included.
Deposits
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before work begins. Once work begins, your deposit is applied toward work performed and is not automatically refundable.
If Felix cannot complete the service
If Felix Consulting Group LLC is unable to complete the agreed service, we will refund the portion of the service that was not completed.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Duplicate charges or verified billing errors will be refunded.
How to request a refund
Email thefelixconsultinggroup@gmail.com with your name, order reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your financial institution controls when the refund appears; we do not promise a specific bank-processing timeframe.
Your rights
This policy does not exclude rights you have under applicable law.
